Remove clutter from all counter-tops, closets, cabinets, garages and storage areas.

Cut the grass to a moderate height. Plant flowers and add fresh mulch.
Fill driveway cracks and resurface.
Polish those brass doorknobs - especially on your front door.
Pressure wash any exterior wood trim; repair and paint any rotted wood.
Remove all personal photographs, rock-star posters and trophies.
Deep clean every corner of your house - especially bathroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances and around electric switch plates.
